when i press power button it shows only white screen. i did full flash , unlock and also reset, but still same condition. what is the solution

You have a reason to check phone hardware.

Hello,

You can find X70 flasher and flash files in Infinity-Box support area in \flashfiles\Panasonic\X70 folder

There is no any problems, just download files fom Infinity-Box support area and flash your phone.
