Member: 312863 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 2 | pls i have deleted everything in C:\Program Files\InfinityBox\DongleManager\DongleManager.log since i got this message anytime i open my infinity box. loading data, wait.......... sn:xxxxxxxx software package data possible reasons software package corrupted software file missing download software again from support area and unpack all files in the same folder if problem still exit contact support and i was trying to upgrade again i got this error Process started: 6:20:07 PM---------- DongleManager version: 1.32 Locating server... Server address found#1 Connecting to server#1... Server connection successfully established S/N: xxxxxxx, Firmware: 0116.02 Authenticating on server... Authentication stage error: Server reported error:[0007] No more upgrade logs. Dongle is up-to-date and has latest firmware. DO NOT try more ! |
