Phone can not be dead after flash read operation.
You need to check battery voltage value, it may be that battery become empty during flash read process.

but the phone was dead after flashing...

I've done format FFS before read flash

and sad to say , when i tried to power on the mobile phone,,

"format ffs" and "read flash" is little bit different operations !

Please, do not make other users and supporters confuser with false problem description !

What to do now:
charge battery with external power supply and follow the instruction that you can see at end of format process (hold phone power button long time)
