Please check the Base band if it is ok then go for Sim Management or Sim Services and check these options.
Is Imei repair Successfully?
If Yes Then
Check the Back Sticker for Imei with which digit its starting?
If all Failed Then Find Same Mobile and try to read NVRM and write Back to faulty Phone Hope your problem will be solved..

If All Is Ok For example Repair BB Ok Imei Ok Then Last Step
Go For the Same working mobile Read NVRM From that and Write Back to Faulty One if still same then please Go for Hardware Check.
Ask For this to *******r were its signals ok before he/she come to you with any problem in the Mobile?

1. Repartition. It not power on/read info due disabled repartition.
2. That is ugly lenovo , which mean - every sw version change will bring problems, like nvram damage and e.t.c. , better just use it own version, or find good NVRAM according it baseband version.

i found solution in your post brother recently i have solve same issue in lenovo tab a3500 hv if you have backup infinity tool scatter file write the file thru cm2 tool and after that read nvram backup with cm2 and flash the tab with sp tool and when set is alive then write nvram via cm2 and after this repair imei all you have done good luck

How to Fixing Lenovo S850 no Service Issued, 100% Work
Download all files and place on the same folder, so you can easy to search the needed files. Extract the both files too and then go to flash tool extracted folder, run flash_tool.exe for windows 7 or later please use administrator privilege
After you can see the flash tool windows, now press ALT + CTRL + V. This will make flash tool run on Advanced Mode, you can see on the flash tool windows bar. On the Download tab click Scatter-Loading button and the navigate to ROM extracted then select MT6582_Android_scatter.txt this will load all ROM files to flash tool.
Click Windows ↦ Write Memory this will add a tab, then select the Write Memory tab, like on the below picture

Search for NV word, you will see three address on the scatter file linear_start_addr, physical_start_addr and partition_size. Last click Write Memory button, turn off your device because Lenovo S850 using non removable battery you must make sure that your device is completely turn off, connect your device to flash tool using USB cable and flash tool will recognize your device and begin to start flashing process, wait until you can see GREEN CIRCLE in the middle of flash tool.
Done, disconnect then try to turn on your device and normal boot. See if the service already on and can be use on your device.
