Hi br0,

Tried to unlock a Vodafone 340 But was told to upgrade to a newer firmware. I did so using the latest Dongle manager

Plz advice Infinity team Hw to solve this problem I have seen the new policy however I understand that

Hello,

As I can see your box was registered at end of year 2008, so you have got at least 3 years (36 months) of free support/updates.

You can use software the require firmware veersion 0118, but if you want to update to version 0120, please, check this: http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f296...012-a-1391471/

I can log into support however even after re downloading the MModule.exe and starting it again I am not able to access the software or upgrade dongle firmware to 0120.
