infinix smart card not working
 

please help me support team my infinix smard not work but reader read the smart card but when open software it say card not found and best dongle working perfectly.

please infinity team attend to my problem for 2 days now no work with cm2 dongle.

Do you have 2 separate dongles- Infinity-Box Dongle and Infinity-Box [BEST] dongle?
Insert only Infinity-Box Dongle with problem into pc,Run CardID software and post result.

yes i have them separate and i tried but is showing this error with different pc and another dongle reader the same

Error when connecting Card in: Generic EMV Smartcard Reader 0
SmartCard API error #2148532326
The smart card is not responding to a reset.

Try to connect Dongle to another PC
Try to insert Smart-Card into another Card-Reader or Box (if you have it)

If problem still exist:
​- Remove Smart-Card from Card-Reader
- Clean Smart-Card contacts
- Try to use hot air gun and heat Smart-Card
- Insert Smart-Card back to Card-reader​

If problem still exist this means it's a hardware problem and you need new Smart-Card.

tested all but the same problem any other way to transfer to my best dongle i have year plus inside.

It's impossible to transfer something from/to different dongle types.

what if i activate cm2 inside my best dongle is possible to transfer from my cm2 damge smart card to best activated cm2?.
