I TEL A32F NOT SUPPORT TO REMOVE PRIVACY LOCK CHEEK IT

Did you tried with permanent mode?
Or write NVRAM and try again.

If you have backup NVRAM restore it , if not ok after restore NVRAM do hard reset should work fine
