Seems your boxs rj45 conecter is demage or missing any pin from inside the box ,just use anyother box for com interface like vygis or spiderman and post results.

If you have same problem every time you must check the next:
1. check that you have selected correct COM port
2. check that you have used correct cable (good Rx/Tx/Gnd)
3. check that your box/cable is not damaged
Now you have 100% success !
