Member: 17424 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 15 | My150x IMEI corupt I unlocked 2 my150x one after the others, after inserting unlock code 12345678 both phones worked ok, when customer put his sim card into the phones one of them worked fine but other one was asking for unlock code again, even though it worked ok after unlocking. when I checked IMEI it shows 004999010640000. reason I checked it was because it happened to me on another my150x using sagem jtag box which I am still waiting to be repaired. These 2 phones was brand new I took them out of boxes, no chance of these been corrupted before hand. Now the software create 3 files of backup, can I restore the imei with backup?. Other problem is that I don't know which ones of the 6 files (2 phones unlocked) are for the faulty one as there is no IMEI with backup files to distinguish them. Can Infinity support please tell me how to repair this phone ? Member: 130995 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 35,227 | Hello, Glad to hear about good results. In fact it's quite strange that imei become damaged. Please, for emergency case, store backup eeprom files (and remember what file for what phone) to avoid any problems in future. |
