In some cases, whe user performing some operations, like "Reset User Codes" , "Format FS" , "Flash" , "Flash Erase" and rest - he can face problem, when those operations make NO ANY change in phone.
Also, there is well-known problem "Encryption Unsuccessful", when mobile ask for reset settings again and again. ( This problem can be solved by "Repair ExtData or "Reset Settings + Repair FS" feature in "Service Tab" )

Reason of this problem can be eMMC "ReadOnly" state.
In simple words : mobile came to that state, when eMMC block write on it due much bad block/errors to avoid data loss.

How to check and make sure in that?

Then is new feature, called "Hw Testing" , select "Flash IC" test and run it.
After test will be finished - SW let you know result :

preloader alive first mobile status hung logo after flash vibrate only
that's why i want to check emmc
