Please, next time make your post in correct forum section: http:///vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=425

If you have problems with SIM2 you need to make this:
1. format 2nd CPU
2. check phone hardware (RF part), it may be hardware fault

How do i format 2nd CPU?
i know it can be done by using PIN Finder for first CPU, then disabling those PINS and finding PINS for 2CPU, but cannot find any PINS with PinFinder for 2CPU

start from checking IMEIs in both phone parts and comparing them with backside IMEI label.
They must be same as on IMEI label

@DualSimCell
if your phone has one CPU and 2 sim cards this means that your phone works with one sim card at a time and phone should have only one imei

Hi Infinity,
Point taken, so this unit most certainly has to have 2 CPU's, I ran pinfinder to find pins on first CPU, them disabled these and ran pinfinder again, but it doesn't pick up anything. Any suggestions?

Hi Infinity,
I opened the phone it has 2 CPU's
1) MT 6226
2) MT 6205

When I run pinfinder it's detecting CPU: MT6226 - Rx:7 Tx:9
After this I disable 7,9 and run pinfinder again, but detects nothing.

I trying "pin reverse", and this time detects on Rx:12 Tx:10, BUT, it's detecting CPU:MT 6226.

Seems I need to get to CPU 6205.... can you help?

If 2nd CPU pins can't be found in automatic mode it's need to check PCB, probably test points exist there, also possible to find pins in manual mode.

What is phone model name ?
What is phone connector type ?
Where is GND pins ?

It will be better if you can upload pictures somwhere so other users can see it too because if you will send pictures to me it will be not big results.
Reason: all pinouts that we have already uploaded in support area and you can see it after you install latest \"Pinouts\" update
