Hello,
What is problem with the phone? Make sure you are flashing correct variant firmware.
And make FlashIC Test.

Set mode to : SP [SC773x] eMMC [Android 6.x]

Operation : FlashIC ReadOnly/BadBlock Test [ v1.27 ]

1. Remove battery. Insert battery back
2. Press and hold 'VolumeUp' and 'VolumeDown' keys
-> Alternative : just ONE 'VolumeUp' or 'VolumeDown' key
3. Insert cable

That very likely seems as eMMC RO state.
try repeat operation with other loader version ( if some other can boot it )
If result will be same - then it HW.
