Hey and All" the issue is software and it can be fix within 10 munite, you only need Original File and modified factory flasher. Problem of this phone is boot and if boot file is flashed .. That's all even thou userdata will retained.
Please don't waste Forum space. If you need solution PM not Public.

My brother works at CarlCare said they change PCB, there is no repair for this problem hang on logo Itel A12, it is a factory Faulty. Only change motherboard.

open folder"1" lanch ""9jaROM_ FactoryDownload"" and load your pac file then click ""start downloading""" then just follow flasher instruction that is all your phone will revive
