transfer old activations to new dongle


hi support team , recently i had a problem while updating the card wich make it for some reason impo to read ever again ,
after contanting you guys and trying all the solutions and non of them worked u said that i have to buy a new dongle and transfer the old activations to it
its been almost a mounth now .
i just got my new dongle
how can i transfer my old activations ?
please my repair shop is closed until i fix this
clients are going crazy i need help as soon as possible

Try to connect Dongle to another PC
Try to insert Smart-Card into another Card-Reader or Box

If problem still exist:
​- Remove Smart-Card from Card-Reader
- Clean Smart-Card contacts
- Try to use hot air gun and heat Smart-Card
- Insert Smart-Card back to Card-reader​

If problem still exist this means it's a hardware problem and you should buy new Dongle.

If you will get new dongle we can transfer activations from old dongle to new one.

Why do you want to send your dongle S/N to someone?
Only support team can do transfer.

ok, good. Now run exe again and be sure that Internet is ok and firewall and antivirus are disabled both
