We have sent you an instruction several times several days back already but you keep to write new messages again and again and say that you want to refund or activation.

Please, before write this kind of messages, check your mailbox.
Also I suggest you to open new good mailbox to avoid this kind of your faults.

Please, follow the next instruction to activate your dongle for new software:

4. Run Infinity-Box "DongleManager" and upgrade your dongle firmware
5. Run Infinity-Box "DongleManager", read dongle S/N again and be sure that you have new option activated
6. Download and run "ContentExtractor"
7. "licence_contentex_xxxxxx.ask" file will be created
8. Send "licence_contentex_xxxxxx.ask" file to [email protected]
9. Wait "licence_contentex_xxxxxx.dat" file from support (please, be little bit patient, we need some time to reply)
10. Copy "licence_contentex_xxxxxx.dat" file into folder with "ContentExtractor"
