k-touch a691 dead

hello,

i got 2 pcs k-touch a691 dead.
it is mt6228
i couldn't find its flashfile in support area, so i used language pack edit to convert bin universal file to one that supported w/ CM

got some error message while flashing..phone's still dead

what could the error be?
1. is it its flash file (i used two source of flash file)?
2. is this type -somehow- is not supported yet?
3. is it hardware failure?

fyi: tried already to full-flash using another tool (cpf-box, spiderman), got no error message, but phone is still dead

if all boxes gives same result- i think you must turn to phone hardware check, not software
