hello!

this is correct, for this model you must use LG KG800 cable.
possible errors: wrong com port selected, dirty connector

Yes.
Cable may be poblem when trying to reading Flash.

I'm can't to attache phone this comport.

May be help me about this.

Your probelm is probelm with cable. You must use correct cable.

my dear check your com port after this insert the cabel and then boot the mobile display will tell us press Power button and hold after some time it will be boot normally. And display will tell us .. Release the Power Button
