KP-230 not connected


Dear supporter i have 3 sets of KP-230 loked on vodafone for UNLOck, but as it appears HOLD AND PRESS POWER BUTTON NOW, i simply go according to instruction as always i do, but it never connted and not going on BOOT MODE, any body can guide me what could be reason for that and how to connect it on BOOT MODE for furthur process?

check settings if com port is selected correctly
check if ur battery is fully charged
check ur cable make sure ke500 cable used

Sir com setting is perfect. bat is fully charge and as far as ke-500 cable is concern , i dont have cable but i always use pinfinder cable 18b for this purpose and select RX-TX manualy. Know plz tell me where i doing mistake?

try cable on other handset with same pinout to make sure ur phone charging connector is fine

If phone can not be connected/detected at all in most cases it's cable problem. We never heard about other problems with connection (no any KP230 with new cpu or protection or connection type etc.)
