kp170 stuck on boot screen - GSM-Forum

Hello

Can you help me? I got a LG kp170 that stuck at the KP170 screen. I tried format the setting with infinty. The phone still stuck. So I flashed it and it's the same problem. Is there anyway to fix this? Please I am awaiting your speedy response.

download new firmware from infinity suport and flash again hop that works ,, best of luck

flash eeprom only then do repair imei(after phone alive) if not done mean hardware problem check phone(open clean...) in my experience 70% lg stocked on lg logo caused by hardware(check charge connector)

I don't see how to repair the imei. It is not listing under the (kp170 under test) drop down box. Can you help me?
