Hello.
CM2QLM NOT touch any security partition and it CAN'T do anything with your phone imei and baseband.
1. Post SW logs - flashing atleast.
2. After logs we can try choose possible further actions.

Flashing is Ok and fw is factory one. It not contain security data.

Try press and hold volume down and wait till service menu appears. Select by side keys - restore qcn item.
All data will be reset to default.
