LG C2500 Dead phone - GSM-Forum

hello to all ,

today i face dead 2500 phone and i try to connect the phone via moto350 cable.

I cut the cable and connect to the phone like this ------------

=== flash/unlock cable ===
keyboard top

_______

1: Gnd
3: Phone Tx (RJ45 pin 3)
4: Phone Rx (RJ45 pin 2)

But phone can't connected.
Please help Infinity Support.

Hello,

1. double check cable
2. if phone still can't connect you need to check phone hardware because phone may be dead by hardware reason

Hello Infinity Support ,
I have solve My problem by swaping cable Rx<->Tx
and also my solve my phone problem using Format FFS.
and this time my phone is OK.
