hi dear inifinity team:
i flashed this phone G3000gb with wrong flash by mistake.
and phone is dead now any possiblity to get flash file for that phone?

Hello,

300GB flash files was deleted from support area due to some reasons.

What is your phone history ?
What you have tried to do exactly ?

i flash phone with g3000 flash AKA w3000
flashing not complete now phone is dead.

hi again
i flash the phone by selecting firmware in infinity but phone not power on.
i think inifinty software not accepet combined file cause it asking for alchemy too when i flash it.
but you better know

Hello,
You can flash code+alchemy file without problems, just un-check "alchemy" in software and flash one big file as a "code".
If phone can not power-on: it is need to restore original eeprom + ffs. Do you have it ?

no i have not its fs-eeprom .

You can try to flash phone with different eeprom/ffs pairs from support area, but I can not promise any good results.
Let's try and see results.
