LG KG 290 Imei change problem please help - GSM-Forum

I have lg kg290. i change imei with infinity , software show that imei change , but when i start set , mobile show its original imei. it is not changed. please help me how to change kg290 imei with infinity box.here is the log.

do restore factory settings (2945#*#) and try once more

I reset the set, then again write new imei but its failed. here is log

i think two days ago i did one with infinity , and its done , is your battery fully charged ? and your connection is stable

yes, battery is charged, and if something wrong with my connection , then how i first change imei fully successfully. now i tried again and its done infinity write the imei. but when i check the mobile, mobile have old imei. that infinity shows that imei changed, but mobile did not. here is new log
