There are several flash files for KG300 exist in support area, you can flash phone with different files and see results.

infinity support plz update infinity to this modek to fix the probelm in infinity on services mode it cannot connect and the new firmware the last page not connected this falt compleat in hardware or software plz tell me as soon as posible

To be honest I understand your question not good (probably it's because there is no any commas and dots).

Anyway here is my advice: try to make "safe" format and restore original imei after operation.

dear infinity supporter i have bought an infinity.
i am living in afghanistan and there are just two
net cafe in our province that dont allow there customers
to install any extra softwares and drivers so i cannot download
the files and updates from the support area by connecting the box, please sove my this problem and give me

You can login manually to support area this way:
address: http://infinity-lite.net/download/
username: your dongle S/N (8 chars)
password: password that you will see when you read your dongle S/N with DongleManager (8 chars)

but to use this manual login method you must login in all three support area mirrors via dongle at least one time, in other case you will be unable to login manually.
If you will have any problems with login, PLEASE, DO NOT ASK QUESTIONS but read my advice several times and make exactly like I told !
If you still have problems: try again according to my advice, each word in my explanation is VERY important !

but I strongly suggest you to find more easy way to download files
