LG RD3510 didnot read security code.How Can I read that?

Hai I have LG RD 3510 Handset.It was came for unlock security code.I will try with Uart cable for read that security code.But it was not read that.I will try with Micro USB Cable.When I insert that cable to phone PC was ditect that handset but it was not read security code.How can I read that code?Please tell me the solution.Thank you.Here is the log when i was click on read information:

This Will b Fixed In Next Update For Timebeing If U Have Infinity Box Open Shell Select Zte 201 Model Select Rite Com port (LGDIAG1) And Press USER?PHONE/LOCK CODE Button It Will Show U Lock Code
