Little help...confused

same problem

im having the same problem cant update box or login to support on any mirror always directed to same page here http://www.infinity-box.biz/download...10ADCB0A&pass= i have not printed my serial number anywhere so why cant i upgrade or enter support with my box ???

i get this problem when i try to update box
