Lyf LS-5013 was running slow. So decided to format it with taking user data [Contacts] backup.
But got some problem. Team please see inside..

Now phone is OK.
This thread is just to inform/report team whether there is any problem in the format option as the format with first option brings the phone to bootloop and after format with 2nd option it starts...

Please check this issue, also the User data backup problem..

Hello.
Device have, seems, enabled encryption of userdata. In that case need use wipe. Phone will format and decrypt all fast itself. In first case - it can took muuuch time.

Okay got it.
But, There is no way to recover data from it if device is encrypted.??

Decryption price ( just a power/electricity/time ) not cover even hundred new devices cost.
