Main Infinity box Card damage


My Main infinity box card damage suddenly
When connect box Say ''usb device not recognized'', Change pc, cable but problem not Solve.

At last I remove smart, connect with pc no any error, insert Cdma Card work fine without any error

now remove cdma card & Insert main infinity box card same error ''usb device not recognized''

Please guide me how to repair this error

my infinity box cm2 updated 2year

Try to connect Dongle to another PC
Try to insert Smart-Card into another Card-Reader or Box (if you have it)

If problem still exist:
​- Remove Smart-Card from Card-Reader
- Clean Smart-Card contacts
- Try to use hot air gun and heat Smart-Card
- Insert Smart-Card back to Card-reader​

SAME PROBLEM MY CARD INFINITY SMART CARD NOT DETECTED I WLL ALSO ACTIVATION 2 YEARS SUPPORT

ACTIVATION DATE
2015-12-11 06:25:50 -180 System Infinity-Box/Dongle 2 years Updates

MY BOX NOT DETECTED I TRY ANOTHER DONGLE BUT SAME ISSUE

Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)

A request for the USB device descriptor failed.

smart card writes such a problem
