The problem is - you are using 5 years old DongleManager software.

Sir, I have infinity box & I want to activate micro box activation full support but I just want to ask you about cables of micro box where I get only cable for infinity box for micro box use or only normal usb is sufficient. Sorry for this silly question. Thanks in advance

Hello,

To be honest we do not have enough info about MicroBox cables.
Please make a thread regarding cables in MicroBox support forum - Micro-Box Team Products - GSM-Forum

Micro-Box use standard COM port, so all FTDI/COM port box is working well !

And for all other phones, the Original USB cable is enough.

You can use your infinity-box as "cable" for our software !
