Hi, I am trying to renew microbox support for my infinity dongle, I have enough credits, but when I select "Micro-Box 1 year support renew (Infinity/***** Activation)" it asks for my microbox serial number?

I dont have a microbox, just infinity dongle.

Please help!

No, I still have not sorted this issue!

How do I obtain serial number? I dont have microbox - just infinity dongle.

I have credits ready to but one year of microbox support - please help me!

If you do not have Microbox or Microbox Activation you should buy Microbox Activation first (and you will get Microbox S/N).
And after one year you can buy support renew for your activation.

I think at bottom left corner you can see Infinity S/N.
In software log window you should see also your Micro-Box S/N (S/N according to MicroBox database). Do you see any other long S/N in log window ?

Hi, I'm still having trouble

Have updated the microbox software and it is now showing a 16 digit number (please see picture).

I have tried to order the Micro-Box 1 year support renew (Infinity/***** Activation) using the 16 digit number, but I received a "wrong S/N" result.

Please help me!
