STEP 1: open folder C:\InfinityBox\CM2MT2\ or C:\InfinityBox\CM2SP2\
STEP 2: find file fault.bin

Try to disable antivirus completely

no antivirus install...no fault.bin shown in folder...when i try open software shows infinty logo then software doesn't open...could it be tool need to be license?

If you do not see any error message it means your PC has some kind of antivirus (or Defender) running.
Also it may be some kind of software installed that gives a conflict.

STEP 1: Download and run Sysinternals Process Explorer - https://download.sysinternals.com/fi...ssExplorer.zip
STEP 2: Run procexp64.exe
STEP 3: go to menu File -> Save
STEP 4: Save file
STEP 5: Copy/paste file content here
