iam geting error when i click of enable adb

Operation : Enable ADB (Moto) [ v1.01 ]

1. Power off device. Press and hold 'VOL DOWN' and 'POWER ON' buttons
2. Select by 'VOL DOWN' or 'VOL UP' FACTORY MODE , press 'POWER ON'
3. Connect USB cable, when device boot complete!

Connect Ok!

connect phone in fastboot read info and past log here let me chk

Waiting for NetInterface arrival ... your network adapters is conflicts and your net is disable when you oprate this option chk it
