MOTOROLA c139 Tractfone network problem

I unlock three phone Tractfone with Tractfone Mobile Unlock, then i now flash with infinty Box. But it is not having network. Please HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

C139 tracefone comes from America and has some hw modifications to be done to get it working in GSM 900 for Nigeria.
