mY Motorola c261 freez when unlocking wiz 1.42
I CAN READ INFORMATION OF PHONE
BUT WHEN CLICK ON SP UNLOCK,BOTH S/W & PHONE FREEZ..
SAME WIZ CABLE X60 & COMPORT T191...

ANY1 CAN HELP??

hello!

phone must be powered OFF when you push "unlock"
only after software ask you to power it on- you do it
