Motorola W220 unlocking problem

I have one Motorola W220 wich i try to unlock but i recieved this:

I would try to flash the phone but i am not shure that this operation is adviced since it seems that theinfinity program reads my phone a lttle ..."wierd" :

(P.S. i've tryed to unlock and read the phone trough 2 different methods i mean 1. with a normal RS232 interface with slow speed and 2. with infinity-box at different types of speed - the result is the same)

Hi,

"Prepare" is just "Prepare".
It's need to read information in Log file and make "Prepare" operation if software ask to make this operation.
