Motorolla c117 show full network but call fail.Its show also acount balance(by message).What's problem?Please need help.

just do reset from phone menu

you can do FORMAT FFS from the software and it will be ok

Did you tried to make 112/emergency call without sim card ?

Yes With out Sim Dial 112 Emergency call But Call Failed

If you can not make emergenct call you must check phone hardware

After Master Reset no Signal on phone & Phone Is Always On Searching
Signal Comes by Itself After 20 To 30 Minutes,But Same Problem Call Failed.
i try this to an other Motorola C118 Same Problem Same Result
i think its Hardware Problem
