C261 power on - GSM-Forum

Hi, i was trying to unlock motorola C261 but when the program show
Press and HOLD Power button...
the phone is power on .

some ideas?

hello!
check if you set right com port in program
check if you selected right phone model
insert cable in a right rj45 connector
if you never use before motorola cable- check if you need to cut rubber to make connector fit deeper in phone

i was checking all and is ok but the phone always power on, i can read flash but no unlock.
phone´s information

SW version: 0.1.67
HW version: MOTOROLA_E58S
LP ver: LPLA_0167
Flex ver: FLEX_90_61_B483
cpu id: 08B6

it's always good idea to give more detailed problem description.
Of course, I am very experienced man and I can read your mond on long distance, but sometimes description like "not unlock" is little bit short to give you good advice.
