Few reasons :

1. I can't buy 20-30-70-80 samples of phones every cpu model to handle whole correct flashing process due economical reasons - just not have such amount of money. It not a standard phones, like samsung, nokia and e.t.c. - when adding 2-3 models mean adding whole line for 10-20 phones. There is much differences, and make correct way - require huge count of material to analyze.
Some models can't buy at all - they are not exists in my country and not possible ship them to me.

2. I not want use brom and da dll from mtk - they hold process in own logic and what a reason add them, if exists spft and cm2 will be just a gui for it? Also they in every version can have new bugs or something new/strange/unexpected, which give just a problems after.

You gave us a bad news. Please don't remove flashing. I think CM2 can get better in time, better than SPFT. CM2 is better than other chinese tools!

If thing not working correct - better remove it.

Completely right.

1. Signal loose after format - it very ancient thing, used in MT6573-MT6575. Not face any new model, which came to that condition after format.
2. Apps lost require content reflashing. Most cheap way - install apps by hands. I can made such things on low level - like install apps to system partition without even need to power on phone - guarantee of permanent protection - but it not chinese tool specific and very complicated thing for such level tool.
3. Repair IMEI will be changed in 3 ways , but really - I can't hold much platforms at same time and work whole 24/7/365. All will be, but when - time will show.
