i've recieved one phone with user code but i'm not able to read the user code and software said there is new firmware detected and here i'm posting the link which include Full Flash + EEProm + Log File kindly download and if possible give me the USER code from the EEprom or Flash.

It is need to press and HOLD phone "Power" button during long time (up to 1 min) to make phone Powered-On ! check the log i try with Reading code with all method, i try format with save and complete but still there is code active. so this is the problem, i downloaded one flash file also which was not exact but compatible when i flash it goes white screen, then i flash it again with backup full flash and fone powered normally but code is still there and active. for complete detail u can check the log attached in the link which is posted in start.
