MTZ buzz ZTE-cg990 unlock problem

I want to unlock MTS Buzz model ZTE cg900, for this i follow step below
1. Power on handset
2. enter code ###2516*01# ( handset show massage "switch usb to CDMA)
3. install driver ( after install driver 1 com port create "ZTE Service port FFFE(COM43)
4. start cdma tool select port 43 and press read imformation

but all after this i get error
"check version...
check cable..!!! try again..
Finished, time used: 5 sec"

any of SP unlock or Read information button press give this error
pls. need some help on it

Check weather You Have Selected Proper Diagnostic Port Or Not Select It And Then Perform Unlock Operation
