the problem of my if insert the sim card the will shotoff
i try to format the phone but the blink only
second i flash the phone now deaD.

well, if it is dead now- then only way to reapir it is to write back Exactly same version which was before.
if anyone has this version "E553_KT1B_E553_GPRS_MT6226_S01.01_1"
