Yes, in most cases its not so hard to repair Smart-Card that have been damaged during firmware update process.

im also having this problem when im upgrading the firmware in dongle manager it stuck in Checking Dongle Identification... how to fix this..

I payed 120 credits to access support area, to use Chinese miracle & to update my card but failed .

Can you refund my credits to my account because you failed to update my box its know out of function . please help me.
