my infinity box is blocked.help me infinity team - GSM-Forum

dear infinity team,
i came to work today and found out that my infinity box is not working again.
anytime i connect it says dongle blocked.i dont know who blocked it but help me unblock my box cos i ve a lot of stuff to do with it.

this is the error message:
smart-card error#65

these are the details for the box:
s/n:3489:0116.
dongle

problem has been fixed by support team.

Next time your box will be blocked for a long time if you will post your box S/N in forum.
You was warned, do not cry next time if you will see that your box is blocked !
