My infinity can't unlock any phone product support please need your help - GSM-Forum

Hello product support help me please,my infinity box still can't unlock any phone like motorola C115,zte 125,even Huawei, I tried to download latest ver 1.72 pana 01 to unlock vodafone or zte but it can't unlock,during the process press power hold only that after press power button of phone nothing goes on,no connection btn phone and software,please I need your help product support is this box has a problem?because have this box now it's three weeks since I bought it together with infinity pinfinder,even pinfinder doesn't work,If the main box (infinity box)doesn't work,will infinity pinfinder work while it is connected to infinity box?This infinity box it self can't even unlock the phone,please help me here product support.

Hello,

If you can not connect/unlock even ZTE-125 this means that you have selected wrong COM port orr you have used wrong cable.
At first you need to double check COM port selection and your cable.
