my infinity card not detect plz hellp infinity team

Please, check up that SMART CARD service in Windows is RUNNING.
I meet situation like your, and will be surprised: card not dead, but service switched off due unrecognised reason.
In fact, - yesterday ALL RIGHT, Infinity working, next day - "Smart Card Error!"
Then, i will start this service manually, and problem is gone.

maybe the box itself is damage

try to put infinity smart card to your vygis box if u have.....

i allready try but card not work with vyjis box or setool box

2. check installation results: C:\Program Files\InfinityBox\Documentation\Installation_manua l.rtf

Do you see all 4 (four) required devices in your PC Device Manager after installation ?

As I can see you do not have Infinity-Box smart-card but you have only empty smart-card.

1. What was happened that box stop to work ?
2. Why it stop to work ?

If you do not want to answer, but want to just buy new smart-card, you can contact to our sales department: [email protected]
