Ask your reseller to check your activation. Problem is from your reseller side, until he will activate SM activation on your card on IOS you can't upgrade your card to use latest SM module OR atleast he adds credits to your IOS so that you can buy activation yourself from IOS. Problem is from your Reseller side. Either he must activate your dongle from IOS or add credits to your IOS account so that you can buy yourself. Only after purchasing activation you can upgrade your dongle and then would be able to use SM v2.xx Br. Infinity Box Team. | |
