my software dont work some how help me
 

hi team having problem connection phone i can connect phone with pin-finder after that when i open software and try to unlock or try to format nothing happened its mean i can not connecting with software, see my video for more detail
thanks i use to connect be for no problem after i download new version ChineseMiracle 3.19 its work 1 time after i use next day some how not working i can not connect my phone but thats for sure my phone is working and cable is ok cuz i can connecting with pin-finder plz help me out what to do
