Hello,

Flex files for X300 is called "MAP". Check support area and FlashFiles description. You will see what combination of MAIN/MAP/LangPack files you have to use.

To be sure that your X300 problem is not software problem, make this:
Flash your phone again with latest firmware, select all 3 parts for flashing: MAIN+MAP+LangPack.
Also, be sure that "Erase FFS" box is Checked.

After this, you can make "Unlock" to rebuild security area.

After flash process complete, Power-On phone. For first Power-On try you have to press and hold phone Power button for several second.

If after this operation your phone still can't work correctly, then I think you need to check phone hardware.

As about your second phone, that can't boot. Check bottom phone connector. Maybe it's damaged/dirty.

CB2000: there is NO CB2000 software for X300.
