urgent i need little hlp with nckia 5700 pinouts - GSM-Forum

i find that most china phones with 18 connector must have 1+2 GND,7 tx,9rx?
is this true for my phone and one more thing:
i have standard serial cable with these colors(white,black,gray,green,red,orange,yellow,bl ue)so which one of them is for rx and for tx and GND?

hello!

not all phones have same pinout, even if they use same connector.
regarding your cable: it is very hard to say by colur, because colur may be different for different manufactures.
better look to RJ45 connector and count pins: 2,3 is data lines, 7,8 is GND

But man,i have serial com port not rj45,and the connector is like samsung ,so i go like samsung cable t100 original,and there rx is red and tx is orange,but it not working,have u idea?

so in general all the serial com port have the same rx and tx pinouts position(i mean rxd,txd),according to pinouts.ru the txd is number 3 and txd is number 2 and this is in the male ,so at the female should be like the mirror of them,right?
