hello!

very strange problem. looks like they suddenly become IMEI blacklisted,
but in this case they should not restart. DId you try to set different IMEI numbers from some working phones?

in most cases 112 call fault means PA (power amplifier) fault.

ok will try that,but funny thing is that the fones work perfectly with one out of the three gsm network provider sims we have down here{nigeria}.the other two provider sims all cause the fones to restart,could it be a network thing with the providers,if so why does it affect this model alone?

hello!

Really? you did not mentioned this before, that one one provider they still work, but stopped to work on 2 others.
well, i insist to write new IMEI to phone. Take IMEI number from some working phone of some known brand and try.
Please post here result in any case. it is very interesting case

Hello,

It may be problem with SIM cards. I mean phone hardware/software incompatibility with some types of sim cards.
Can you tell more about these phones history ?
Is phones working good with the same sim cards before ?

@hall,
U forgot to also state that these 2 networks are deploying "3.5 G" network, and they've been having all sorts of problem.

This could be one of them.
I equally have plenty of them with me
